To view your case history with a Shopee Customer Service live agent, you can return to the My Enquiries page on your Shopee App.
Go to the Me tab > select Help Center > select My Enquiries > select from the All, Ongoing or Closed categories to view the case history.
If you wish to chat with our live agents again, select Chat with Live Agent.
Please note that you may need to wait for a while for a live agent to be assigned to you. In the meanwhile, you can send your question in the conversation and select from the topics suggested by our chatbot to find immediate answers.
